The concept for the 2019 Christmas campaign imagines the department store as a giant gift factory, where Santa and Heendy—the Hyundai character—produce, package, and deliver gifts for Christmas Day. Drawing inspiration from the mechanics of a cuckoo clock, the factory is designed as a theatrical, time-based system in which Santa and Heendy emerge from a billboard in three-dimensional space, transforming the façade into an animated holiday spectacle.
